"When we went to Mariah, with a custom build, she came in 30% Lower than the competition and provided a beautiful home. There were delays from the manufacturer but I don't know a business that hasn't had delays this year. However, she kept in constant communication with me. Anytime I had a question or concern, she got back to me within 24hours. Once the mod was set, she immediately got to work and got us in there in less than a month. Her excavation crew, Ricky, was exceptional. He went above and beyond. There have been issues as far as manufacture issues, but she is correcting all of them. I'm a realist so were there bumps in the road? sure, there ALWAYS is but I believe it's how you correct those bumps and the service a company provides and they provided amazing service and she gave me a beautiful home. I'll always be grateful for that."

We chose Cana for a few reasons but what stood out the most was the service we received and customization options. We went to a few other companies before meeting with Mariah so we had an idea of what we wanted in a house.. she reviewed a few plans we liked and designed a floor plan with every single thing we wanted while still sticking to our budget. This entire experience was pleasant, even during a few unexpected delays. Our house is everything we could have wanted and then some. I highly recommend Cana Homes.

Very happy with our decision to purchase a house with Cana, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.. and If you need excavation done, Ricky does the best work I've ever seen. I was nervous to go with a new company but they far exceeded all expectations and then some.
