I couldn't be happier with my new home! Adam and his whole team made this process super easy! There was absolutely no pressure whatsoever! I ordered the exact home that I wanted and was moved in in about 6 months. I had looked at several other manufacturers but the quality that Cana homes carries with the Fleetwood/Cavco series is world's better than any other option that I looked at. My home is also 2 hours away from the lot and it was no problem for them to accommodate me being so far away! I can't recommend Adam and his team enough! I can’t express enough how amazing Cana Homes is. We worked with multiple other people before (Clayton, Middletown, American, Etc.) all were great in their own ways. All were caring and attentive (obviously they want to sell homes) but Cana has surpassed them. Cana has been so thorough and helpful. When I came initially with a floor plan they were like “yep we can do a custom build!” Then when I started changing things they actually found the floor plan with one of their manufactures that I was mimicking! They have so many floor plans they can choose from since they work with so many different manufacturers! They are so responsive and prompt. Olivia has been nothing short of amazing. I have worked directly with her and she has made tweaks and changes and improvements at every whim and request! We truly are so grateful for her. When we hit a stalemate with our mortgage and needed to possibly decide on a new home entirely (even though the one we currently picked is our dream home) she discussed with Mariah (owner of Cana) and she (Mariah) made time to see us to get an understanding of what’s going on and to discuss numbers and really figure out how to make our dream house work! WHICH SHE DID! They are truly the most amazing team! I have loved every second of working with them. They have been transparent on everything from numbers to timeframes! SOOOO All this to say if you don’t chose Cana Homes for your future build it is truly your loss! You will not beat their prices anywhere else in town or even out of town!
