From the time she applied for the loan, until the day the home was set was about a month total. The customer service and attentiveness was amazing. Great quality homes as well as great pricing. When we went to Mariah, with a custom build, she came in 30% Lower than the competition and provided a beautiful home. There were delays from the manufacturer but I don't know a business that hasn't had delays this year. However, she kept in constant communication with me. Anytime I had a question or concern, she got back to me within 24hours. Once the mod was set, she immediately got to work and got us in there in less than a month. Her excavation crew, Ricky, was exceptional. He went above and beyond. There have been issues as far as manufacture issues, but she is correcting all of them. I'm a realist so were there bumps in the road? sure, there ALWAYS is but I believe it's how you correct those bumps and the service a company provides and they provided amazing service and she gave me a beautiful home. I'll always be grateful for that.

Cana Homes has been such a solid rock during our process. If you ever put your own home out on some land, you know how painful that process can be. Since day one Adam has been available 24/7. Up to speed and even going out of his way at times to make sure we had everything we needed. We started out with a competitor but ultimately ended up switching and sticking with CanaHomes & that was the best choice we made! Not only did my house get EVERY last thing I wanted, (which the competitor told me I couldn’t have) the quality is top notch. I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Adam and some of his crew, and let me tell you, not only are they driven to get this done right the first time, they are genuinely nice people. I truly never felt like I was just another number to them. Cana Homes put us in our forever home!! If you are looking to choose between builders, Cana Homes should be your first and only choice!

Can I just take a moment to brag about one of the best up and coming places to buy a home in West Virginia?! Cana Homes in Morgantown (located on the mile ground) was fantastic! Their customer service was absolutely amazing! I was able to communicate directly with Owners Mariah and Adam through the whole process, and had direct communication with the people working in and on my home. Mariah even got me a move in gift basket! 🥰 They really went above and beyond! And still continue to even after my house was delivered and set. They were absolutely amazing, and have earned my continued business and recommendation for their customer service if nothing else!
